What is your return policy?
You can return a product up to 60 days from the date you purchased it for a full refund. Any product you return must be in new condition and in the original packaging.
Do you have a warranty?
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of all our products. If there is a defect in the materials or workmanship that are outside typical wear and tear or misuse, we will replace or refund for up to a year from the date of purchase.
Do you offer replacement parts?
Replacement parts are available for purchase. Our warranty policy does not cover accidental damage caused by mishandling, wind or mold damage, or lost parts. If you are unsure whether your item is covered under our warranty, email us at email@example.com.

When will my product ship?
We typically ship within 2 business days of an order being placed. Allow 4-7 business days for delivery for standard shipping. Expedited shipping options are not available at this time.
What do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is free...for now.
